Rah-rah-ah-ah-ah-ah! Roma-roma-mamaa! Ga-ga-ooh-la-la!
Totally love Lady Gaga since just dance, then poker face, star struck, papparazzi, speechless, etc. Plus her fashion sense is uber awesome. Thoughts people??

Well, as always, I refrain from saying anything if there is a fan. Even if the topic is Miley Cyrus and there is a die-hard fan before me. What I will say is that Marilyn Manson is off-limits to her, *cough* The press says he has the crush on her, but I beg to differ. He does respect her and her way of doing things, but at the same time Gaga has the same thing, as she was the one requesting him to do the LoveGame remix with her. The quote they have to offer for Manson is: “I was most impressed by her paparazzi photos. I thought that it looked the way that rock stars should look, as exciting as something that Warhol or Dali would do. And I don’t consider her to be similar to her contemporaries - the other girls that do pop music - simply because she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s very smart, she’s not selling out, she’s a great musician, she’s a great singer, and she’s laughing when she’s doing it, the same way that I am.” ...and that shows no evidence, plus he is back together with Evan Rachel Wood. Anyway, this isn't a Marilyn Manson thread. Yet that is the only thing I can associate her with, sooo... I also did laugh at the LoveGame remix. I mean, I have the song on my iPod for obvious reasons, but when he comes in during the chorus I just laugh my head off because it feels so out of place. I respect her for being different. Yet I just don't get what people see in her =P

Well I have never heard that in fact this will show you how much I know about Manson, I thought he was still married to Dita Von Teese. And I've never heard the remix only the actual songs. Why I like Gaga: She's eccentric, ludicrous and apparently I'm the Gothic version of Lady Gaga that can't sing

I've not actually listened to a lot of Lady Gaga, myself, but I heard "Bad Romance" when listening to the Xmas charts on Radio 1, and, despite the fact it's not usually the kind of music I'd listen to, it wasn't bad at all.

I don't like Lady Gaga. Sorry. I just don't. I have to be careful about what music I listen to because certain songs literally give me a headache. Bad Romance is one of them. Well, maybe I like Poker Face a little (which I listen to with volume turned way down), but that's not because Lady Gaga wrote it. It's because Johnny Weir skated to it. And he's awesome. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnUMOrd_ANI

Sometimes I just don't LET myself listen to some music. But I decided, because of the MM connection and that I'm thankful we now have a partly ORIGINAL influence in mainstream pop, I'd let myself. So, well, my opinion now... if her next album has less "The Fame" and more Bad Romance, I might consider her.
I did watch a Bellatrix fan vid to Poker Face, and now think of her when I hear it, but I still don't exactly like the songs from The Fame.

haha I thought it was just me that watched mv's and then thought of the person the video was about when the song came on. I always do that with Lithium after I saw a Mab/Vortigern vid to it !
Back to LG, omg did she do good at the brit awards !!!

I love Lady Gaga, She is a good influence to the women who is more concerned with their careers than putting up with a man's crap. One of my favorite quote she said was that your career will never wake up one day and say they don't love you anymore.
Also she does have awesome videos, very artistic in the most messed up possible way. My Favorite song would have to be Monster, since I know allot of guys that are like that.

LoL finally some proper Gaga love, I;d really have loved her to duet with David Bowie but that is very unlikely I think he has actually retired now anyway (not sure)
Mmmm, yeah they are very very artistic, though some get ridiculously long. She hasn't brought fresh material out in a while that has really been a proper hit. There was rumours about her being pregnant but with Gaga almost everything about her is rumour. Um, current fave Gaga song well I've went back to listening to Poker Face alot though Im also loving Love Game. xx

Oh that would be amazing, I would have a total Fangasm and be extremely upset that I wasn't there to view it live.
They are good songs, I started with Poker Face but started liking the newer stuff since she seemed to be getting away from the normal pop star stuff.

I know it totally would and know what would make it better? Mab being the dancer chick it would just be heaven. I started with Just Dance it was a total party song, always played when your trashed then came Poker Face and then Bad Romance she's had other good songs but these were the main party ones. Paparazzi was a close second I loved them all but the room disagreed with me. Kesha is pretty hot for the party songs these days.
