LOL, sticky hammers... mind you there could be definite advantages if the bashing target was glued to the hammer.

But then they would have the hammer, and you would not. Nor would you be able to bring the hammer back for another pass. Get a net with glue on to trap them down, then hammer them in place

No, no, it depends how big the hammer is... see, if you've got a really big sticky hammer that you whack into Merlin whoever you want to whack, they don't get the hammer themselves, they get stuck to it like a little ant. Of course, you'd have to be fairly big yourself to carry such a hammer...

Indeed you would. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer just bashing someone repeatedly with a hammer.

I like the large sticky hammer idea, anytime you can stop the movement of the person you are going to pummel is a good thing ^^.

So, one sticky hammer to pin them down, and an extra for the actual pummeling

*has idea* maybe if we use the sticky hammer to trap Merlin and Mordred sees this and gets distracted by the fact Merlin has no way of escaping we could also trap Mordred and demand huggles from Mab for Mordred's freedom?

Ah, so we transfix Mordred with a spectacular display of sadistic Merlin bashing, and while he's occupied we throw a duffel bag over him... *rubs hands together* Muahahah...

A most tryworthy method.

A duffel bag? I think you may need something a bit sturdier than that, somehow. *produces large steel box*
But yes, the minor details aside, I am very much in favour of this plan.

Hmmmm, I think we have need of the giant butterfly nets again.
*picks one up*
*begins chasing Merlin*

Merlin: *looks over his shoulder to stare in horror at butterfly netch and has the misfortune of falling in a ditch*
