www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-30570064The actress Billie Whitelaw has died at the age of 82, her son has confirmed. One of the foremost interpreters of the works of Samuel Beckett, Whitelaw also appeared in a number of films and television programmes - most notably her role as the chilling Mrs Baylock in the film, The Omen. The Coventry-born star made her radio acting debut aged just 11 and was made a CBE in 1991. "I'll have her guts for my boot laces!"
