Ah, well, we love her anyway.

It would just not be the same if she loved us back. Would take the spice out of it.

Mab: *looks incredibly happy to hear this*

And the challenge. These constant refusals are what keep us going.
Mab: *looks crestfallen* Ah, 'tis a lose/lose situation!

No, your right, relish the thrill of the chase, while it lasts. Remember aswell that its you lot who are foiling your own plans...

Yes, but this shows true fangirl dedication, since we have the option of creating a completely OOC Mab who adores all her fangirls, and instead choose to torment ourselves by keeping it realistic - and thus, getting smited/fireballed/toasted etc every so often.

What your saying is: We're all masochists here... ~Ponders~

Yes, I think the term Mab fanboy/girl implies masochism by definition...

Evidently so. With just the teeniest touch of sadism every so often.

~Peers around in curious suspision~ (Yet another smilie the proboards have failed to provide)

Hmmmmm, proboards really should have thought of all the smilies that lunatic "Merlin" fans would need in advance. They are woefully understocked.

Indeed they are - I mean, given the general nature of fanboards, they should at least have a rabidly adoring smiley.

The mind boggles to think what that would look like.

Hmm... well I have one on my MSN... it has hearts for eyes, and for a random reason a leaf on its head. These smiley makers are not sane people. Perhaps we can blame the lack of Mab smileys on this obvious lack of rational thought processes...

Or possibly a lack of sufficient irrational thought? The choice is yours
