How would your life be different today if the movie had never been made?

1) I would not be a raging Mabholic, which would be a shame as I do love being one 2) I would, in all probability, never got around to actually finishing a fanfic, let alone multiple ones 3) I would never have met all the wondrous people on here and on MRAP that I have 4) Thus, my sense of humour would be far less perverted. 5) I might never have discovered Nightwish and Blind Guardian, the two bands which got me into metal, thus I might never have joined the university Rock Society and met the friends I made there. I probably wouldn't have discovered Helium Vola, another band I love, either. 6) I wouldn;t have the honour of being the first official Mabholic on the Nightwish forum

1) I wouldn't have met my sweet, darling friends on MRAP. 2) I wouldn't have gotten the chance to write. 3) I wouldn't have been introduced to all the new bands I know about now. 4) I would NEVER have made an icon. Ever. 5) I wouldn't have started my FABULOUS collection of red rings. ;D 6) I wouldn't have watched other Miranda movies that I have come to know and love. 7) I would be sad.

LOL, initially I thought you were reffering to the character. That would certainly have made things …different. Hm, it might be worth a thought. However, to answer to the question, I don’t even want to think where I would be today, had I not seen Merlin. And I mean it. Maybe it’s because of the fact that I was so young when I first saw it (its ending, admittedly), but it did leave a strong impression. And everything after that. And I honestly don’t know how my life would be, but I do know just how many things would be missing from it. 1.If I told you, you wouldn’t believe me – I would not have learned to avoid questions I don’t want to answer 2.I wouldn’t have known Mab, I wouldn’t have heard her voice??!!! *dead* 3.I don’t think I would have ever watched a movie enough times to memorize every line/detail. 4.I probably wouldn’t have watched so many other wonderful Miranda movies. 5.I wouldn’t have joined any forum… (lol, I registered on youtube only *after* seeing the first Mab vid!) 6.I would not have written anything. (so I wouldn’t traumatise anybody this way, which might be a good thing ) 7.I wouldn’t have read any lovely fics, including An Illusion of Magic and Jim. o___O *horrorshock* 8.I would probably never have made a fanvid (I might have had some ideas, but to actually go through all the trouble with WMM to get them out of my head, I highly doubt). 9.I would not have made such great friends! 10.Indeed, there would be no conclave, can you imagine that?!!! *clings to her “adoptee”* 11.I wouldn’t have mused that much over what religion/gods might have existed before the Roman invasion. 12.I probably wouldn’t have found out about NW, and wouldn’t listen to symphonic metal in general. & so many other things/bands I can’t remember atm. 13.I wouldn’t be writing this now. Ah, and 13 might not be my lucky number!

No, I'm stubborn, so I won't list anything more. (Had I not seen this movie, maybe I wouldn't be this stubborn... )

NO MERLIN!!! *Gasp, faints*
1. I would never have found the perfect evil queen. Yes, I actually had a search going. Yes, I do have weird hobbies. 2. I would never have written a fanfiction. 3. I would never have made an avatar. 4. I would never have heard of half the actors in the movie. 5. I would never have gotten hit on the head with a Merlin DVD. (Long story, but if anyone wants to hear it, I will tell them.) 6. I would never have found this lovely forum because it wouldn't exist.

The story of how I discovered Merlin... A very weird one...
I was at the library with my friend. I was sitting on the floor reading a book (yes there are chairs, but I was too lazy to get up and go to them). My friend had found some DVDs that she thought I would like. Well, she was standing over me, trying to see what book I had been looking at, and the top DVD slid off her stack and hit me on the forhead as I was looking up. Yes, Merlin. How did you guess? I bruise really easily (lyme spyrokeets in my bloodstream), so I ended up with a good-sized Merlin-inflicted bruise. Actually, I'm surprised I still watched it after that. But I did, and loved it.
