That's true. I have to admit, I didn't see anything particularly twisted about their relationship. The first time Frik sees Morgan (as a child), he's trying to get her assistance in cursing Arthur with that stone. The second time he's also trying to "buy" her help, if you like. They don't fall in love with each other, or, I daresay, even consider it until later on, most definitely when Morgan is an adult.
Mind you, here's us discussing this, when we've all (well, most of us) said what a great ship Mab/Mordred is, when she has also known Mordred since childhood, LOL.

Ah, yes, but there's no question about whether or not any relationship between Mab and Mordred would be thoroughly delicious... that's what makes it so yummy! ;D

Can I just say that your all drooling over, what basically comes down to incest. Oh who am I kidding? You dont care and they're not blood related, so why should you listen to me

Well, there was a fair bit of incest in those times... But nah, they're not technically related... Mab may have made sure Mordred was conceived, but that doesn't really make her any relative of his. But you're right... we don't care all that much anyways.

Should I even ask what those images are, Joel?
*types out reply vis a vis Mab/Mordred, then decides to head over to the Mab/Mordred thread*
But yes, I wouldn't describe Frik/Morgan as a particularly odd relationship. They both seem to be as daft as hell, and vaguely self-absorbed (or certainly Morgan does), but not really particularly twisted.

Frik seems predominantly Morgan-Absorbed by that point.

Well, I do like Louis XIV, so that was a nice thing, coming from me.
