It said they were lovers so they had quite a few flings together even if they weren't a "couple". could find a decent Idath imagestill looking.. Melody is great too but she's more like Mab's personal toy than anything else oooo yummy hehehehe I like your entire summary of the girls. I kinda got the wing idea from another book. It wasn't a very good story at all, but the girl doesn't figure out she's a faery until wings suddenly burst from her back at puberty. That was the only part of the story I liked. I dont get close enough to people to miss them that muchI try, but being utterly alone really sucks. So I always end up close to at least one person and then I live in terror of losing them one day either through moving away or death. I have issues.

Melody is great too but she's more like Mab's personal toy than anything else oooo yummy hehehehe Thats what I think when I read your fic ;D I like your entire summary of the girls. Thank ya, I do love all of those characters.
I kinda got the wing idea from another book. It wasn't a very good story at all, but the girl doesn't figure out she's a faery until wings suddenly burst from her back at puberty. That was the only part of the story I liked. It's an awesome idea! I adore the whole wing thing picturing Mab with these beautiful wings is a great image. The story of how she lost them was so sad.
I dont get close enough to people to miss them that much I try, but being utterly alone really sucks. So I always end up close to at least one person and then I live in terror of losing them one day either through moving away or death. I have issues. Oh it's incredibly lonely without a doubt.

anyone who was wondering about the demon spawn that would rip Bella open, look at this trailer for the next twilight movie: www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1OHXR63a38XD see? I'm not sure what message the author is trying to teach those screaming prepubescent girls....never go for abortion even if said fetus is a vampire eating your insides out? It said they were lovers so they had quite a few flings together even if they weren't a "couple". Wouldn't that just be awesome to read?yaaa we would see a whole 'nother side of Mab. not counting her wonderfully naked side.

Most young people don't think they'll ever die I think about death too much :/ Mab had that innocence, she truly never thought she would die. *nods* Even at the end she has such trouble understanding not merely her own death but also Mordred's. It makes you want to drag her away and protect her. the attention we give Mab she should be skippin past our houses I'll let you know if I see her. ditto trippo We'll have a Mab reunion party If you do become remembered you truly are immortal. Some philosopher or so said that to live on after you've died you must do three things: get children, plant a tree and write a book. But if you dont become remembered your forgotten and it's like you never existed. *shivers* Mab/Idath I dont see them as a couple at all. Me neither. The problem with Idath is that we don't know much about his personality. The fun side to it is that fanfiction can make him anything we like. Leah had to give Mab her tear so she could have her wings, and how she walked in and then was rubbing Mab's wings I want to read that I can't remember when I became a fantasy addict. It has always been a part of me. I have used books to escape the real world on occasion, when I wasn't happy at school for several years. Death is very real to me because of what happened to my father, but until then I had harder ever thought about it. I can't imagine what you've been through. I cry quite frequently. During some films, music or books I cry easily . On a darker note I have angry crying sessions. Most of them in my room or in a bathroom. No one may know, though sometimes I wish nothing more than someone knowing. Sometimes everyone can hear me shouting and crying. Then I am branded a whiny trouble maker. I have often tried to hold my emotions back. Yes the emotional characters usually get killed first I noticed that as well. I can show little emotion. I did that for years at school. Nowadays I have moments when my emotions are all over the place. My emotional level is random. In the months when my parents were planning on getting a divorce I never cried. I didn't cry either when they decided to stay together half a year later. Some people thought I was not giving my emotions enough space to cry. Truthfully my emotions were present I simply did not need to cry. I usually cry in private as well. I don't like it when people see me hurt. When I first heard the news that my beloved neighbour had died I refused to show any emotion until there was a commercial break. I went home as if nothing had happened. I cried my eyes out and screamed. After 5 minutes I returned to my grandparents to watch the rest of the show. I said goodbye to them as friendly as always. Then I went home to cry for several hours to come. At the funeral I cried so much we left in the middle. Must stop babbling... rofl at the twilight trailer.

It said they were lovers so they had quite a few flings together even if they weren't a "couple". could find a decent Idath image still looking..The only picture I could find that reminded me of Idath was this one of Ralph Fiennes: www.trailershut.com/actor-images/ralph-fiennes-726.jpg I don’t know, maybe it’s something about his expression that makes me think of Idath, or fic-Idath anyway (the version of him I’ve read about in fics). Most young people don't think they'll ever die Sometimes I think like that. I mean, I know in the back of my mind that I will one day, but at the same time I’m like, oh that’s not real, that won’t happen to me. the attention we give Mab she should be skippin past our houses I'll let you know if I see her. ditto trippo We'll have a Mab reunion party You are inviting me to this party, or I’m gate crashing ;D Mab/Idath I dont see them as a couple at all. Me neither. The problem with Idath is that we don't know much about his personality. The fun side to it is that fanfiction can make him anything we like. That’s really the only place I get my ideas about Idath (fanfiction). I can only see him and Mab as a couple because of fics I’ve read where they’re together. But no matter what I still can’t picture him with red hair. I can't remember when I became a fantasy addict. It has always been a part of me. Same here, it’s been on and off for as long as I can remember. I usually cry in private as well. I don't like it when people see me hurt.Which pretty much describes me perfectly. Even if I’m really upset about something, I’ll pretend I’m okay until I’m alone and then I’ll cry.

you must do three things: get children, plant a tree and write a book.lol wow that's easier than what the Bible requires. But perhaps he meant those words symbolically instead of literally, which would mean there is a much deeper meaning they stand for. Leah had to give Mab her tear so she could have her wings, and how she walked in and then was rubbing Mab's wings I want to read that It's in the fanfic on gaia that Libitine and I are writing. Only some of it is currently posted to fanfic.net as "Mab's daughter." Libitine and I are both really busy right now so the story is like on hiatus until xmas or summer or whenever we can find time to write. We added some more last summer when both of us weren't so busy. I can't remember when I became a fantasy addict. It has always been a part of me. I have used books to escape the real world on occasion, when I wasn't happy at school for several years. Even before I started reading, I was always making up stories. I'd play with myself and my dolls etc. and make up stories for hours when I was really little. My mom would walk in wanting to interact with me and I'd say something to the effect "Go away! You're interrupting the story!" I'd create all this stuff in my head so it was really just a world for me and my imagination. It was usually interrupted if I had to include others. Mom thought I was talking to the dolls but I was actually talking to myself and narrating the story out loud. I still "talk to myself" silently and make stories in my head. It's one of my favorite activities to do before I fall asleep because it's so relaxing. Yes the emotional characters usually get killed first I noticed that as well.they soooo do. The only picture I could find that reminded me of Idath was this one of Ralph Fiennesoh I really like that pic!!!! He could be an Idath. Fiennes looks great with longer hair. The few movies I've seen him in he either had no hair or very little hair.

I kind of picture Idath as being huge and with facial hair... I have a little trouble narrowing the image down. When I write Loke (the Lord of Fire), despite the fact that he's totally a fandom character, I have a much clearer idea of what he looks like in my head. Its bizarre...

I think I'm quite the opposite. I have no idea what Loke looks like, but I have two different versions of Idath in my head. One version is he's got red hair and a beard and looks like a hunter in green. The other is dark hair, devilish sexy smile, and the king of death! just like that Fiennes picture. I prefer the "death-Idath" over the "hunter-Idath" any day. I think I sometimes imagine Loke with tanned skin for some reason, even though he would probably be pale since he's a god of people with that skin color. But other that his skin color, I don't have an image. Please share your image, maybe I'll like it and adopt it.

I don't have a literal image to hand- I think the closest is a drawing Tosca did of Loke many years ago, which is kind of what my own image is based around. And which I cannot find anywhere... might be floating around MRAP somewhere, maybe. I kind of picture him as quite short and slender, rather than being an imposing figure. Reddish hair, a little spiky, an almost permanent smirk (I think probably because in most myths, Loki is associated with trickery more than fire- I like to imagine him as a Magnificent Bastard in his spare time XD). Probably to do with the formerly bracketed thought, and the fact that I've been delving into "A Song of Ice and Fire" books recently, I kind of imagine him as looking a little similar to Littlefinger (as portrayed in the TV series of Game of Thrones)- but with redder, spikier hair, and more tanned (I agree with that, it would be wierd for the Lord of Fire to be pale... though in my mind their human forms are pretty much whatever they fancied at the time, I like to think they were, at least, appropriate). So, probably not that similar to him... but there are similarities in my head XD. Clothes wise, no armour. Probably bracers and stuff, but he wears mostly leather and (singed looking) cloth. And a cloak that shifts and moves like fire. Possibly even actually made of fire. Because that would be awesome. Also I'm pretty sure it was in Tosca's drawing from way back, which is a major influence in my head. This is what Littlefinger looks like (CBA looking for a better one at the moment...), if anyone's curious. I shall post the drawing if I find it on the internets again... 4.bp.blogspot.com/-LZND9HIGTYU/TkCOci1e0dI/AAAAAAAAAnA/hocQIVhwRk0/s1600/Game+of+Thrones+-+Littlefinger.jpg

I agree that he wouldn't be covered in armour. But your description...he seems more like a geek-guy. I still think he would be a somewhat warrior-like guy. If he and Mab get on well like Mountain King and Lady Lake get on well, then I think he would have a fighting spirit as well as a mischievous side. He is fire after all. Fire is an even more savage element than air. which is why I think of things closer to Ares -god of war- who also happens to be the red planet Mars and associated with fire. (Ares from Xena warrior princess squee! He can be kinda a dork at times, but he's really sexy and really scary when angered.)

(Ares from Xena warrior princess squee! He can be kinda a dork at times, but he's really sexy and really scary when angered.) Cool, fair enough I definitely think Loke should have a temper- there's got to be some fireiness to the Lord of Fire, after all. This is where I have a little trouble figuring out the exact intricacies of mental-Loke's personality, rather than his looks- if he's a scheming trickster sort of person, then a firey temper isn't necessarily an asset. But then, I guess it doesn't need to be. I like the idea that most of the time he's some bizarre, It's not so much that I picture him as somewhat nerdy or geeky, but I don't really picture him looking like a warrior at all. I think to get along with Mab, he would probably need a fairly spirited personality, and definitely have a bit of a fighting spirit- someone who is likely to lie down and submit to fate is probably more likely to get along with Lady of the Lake or the Mountain King than Mab. But I think having a more active, less passive personality would probably have more to do with Mab's regard for Loke than whether he looks like he could step into a fight. I mean, Mab's a "fighter", in a sense, but we never see her fight physically, and she certainly doesn't dress or look the part of a warrior- even the dress she wears to see Vortigern is more ornamental than practical, and she's fairly small and slender. Both she and Loke wield the power of an element, as do their siblings, though none of them (with the possible exception of the Mountain King, who is, in fairness, a giant fucking rock) look especially warlike. I'm waffling again XD I guess what I'm saying is that I agree that as the Lord of Fire, Loke would have a fiery temper, and that if he and Mab get on, he's probably got a far more active personality than his other brother and sister, but I don't really see that translating into his appearance so much.... You know what, I might start a new thread so we can discuss the elemental kings and Idath appearances more... short reply just to say: Littlefinger could so pull Loki off. ;D Ok that's one more actor cast for Mab the Movie. Awesome!

yaaa we would see a whole 'nother side of Mab. Which would be interesting.
not counting her wonderfully naked side. Which would be even better.
*nods* Even at the end she has such trouble understanding not merely her own death but also Mordred's. It makes you want to drag her away and protect her. Agrees 100%
We'll have a Mab reunion party
I'll bring vodka and crumpets.
I want to read that
You must!
Then I am branded a whiny trouble maker. I pace, I get branded insane. lol honestly pacing is a really bad habit of mine I can spend hours pacing just in my room which is a small space so Im just walking back and forth for hours on end and not even realise what I am doing.*shrugs*
But no matter what I still can’t picture him with red hair. Ditto!
Libitine and I are both really busy right now so the story is like on hiatus until xmas or summer or whenever we can find time to write. We added some more last summer when both of us weren't so busy. Gah! I love it Im completely caught up with it I love it.
oh I really like that pic!!!! He could be an Idath. Yes and no. lol as I say I cant picture him. But that is pretty close.
I kind of picture Idath as being huge did but I dunno why someone told me or maybe Im imagining he was tall but not all that big. and with facial hair... oooh she likes a man with a beard.
I have a little trouble narrowing the image down. When I write Loke (the Lord of Fire), despite the fact that he's totally a fandom character, I have a much clearer idea of what he looks like in my head. Its bizarre... I know what you mean! I have a way clearer image of Loke.
Again wouldnt have this prob if we had Mab the movie.

I pace, I get branded insane. god I pace a lot too. But I don't confine it to just my room, so it annoys my family.
oooh she likes a man with a beard. and see personally I'm not crazy about facial hair with some exceptions.
